Experiential to support the Manager, Marketing

Internal Communications in creating engaging campaigns and experiences that connect with customers and reinforce the brand./ppIn this role, youll lead content creation, turning ideas into compelling stories across social, email, print, and experiential channels. Youll write, edit, and collaborate with design, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure every piece of content is on-brand, engaging, and aligned with campaign goals./ppIn addition, you will lead experiential and field marketing programs, bringing go-to-market campaigns to life through local activations, seasonal events, and cultural moments, working closely with stores, regional teams, and merchandising partners to ensure flawless execution./ppThe ideal candidate is a hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented marketer who can bring ideas to life and execute with excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams, and are eager to contribute to both content creation and experiential activations that drive customer engagement./ppCollaborate closely with design, marketing, and merchandising teams to create cohesive campaigns that blend visual and verbal storytelling. Own the creation, editing, and distribution of written and digital content across internal and external channels, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and alignment with campaign objectives. Support creative concepting from ideation through execution, including social, email, print, and experiential materials./ppPlan and execute local activations, seasonal events, and cultural-moment campaigns. Collaborate with stores, regional teams, and merchandising partners to ensure seamless execution and strong customer engagement./ppPartner with Media

Advertising, Merchandising, Brand, and Operations teams to align initiatives with go-to-market strategies and broader brand objectives./ppOversee timelines, budgets, and vendor or partner relationships for all initiatives. Ensure programs are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with high-quality execution./ppTake on special projects or initiatives as needed to support the Senior Director and overall Media

Advertising strategy./ppCollaborate closely with growth, digital, brand, PR, communications, merchandising, FPA, fuel, store operations, and other support divisions./ppMinimum Education: Bachelors in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business or equivalent experience/ppPreferred Education: Bachelors in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business/ppMinimum Experience: 1-2 years experience in marketing, brand activation, or field marketing with a track record of executing multi-channel campaigns./ppPreferred Experience: 1-2 years experience in marketing, brand activation, or field marketing with a track record of executing multi-channel campaigns./ppLicenses/Certifications: N/A/ppSoft Skills/Competencies:/pulliStrong ability to connect strategy to execution, with excellent project management skills/liliAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment/liliCollaborative mindset, building strong relationships across functions and with external partners/liliResults-oriented with a strong focus on measurable impact and driving business outcomes/liliExcellent written, oral, and presentation skills./liliCreative thinker who identifies trends and translates them into actionable, business-focused recommendations./liliDetail-oriented with a strong focus on executional excellence/liliInnovative, proactively exploring new marketing approaches and tactics/liliComfortable traveling to oversee events, store activations, and partner engagements/li/ulpOccasional travel may be required/ppTypically Monday
