We want our Winebow family to feel at home and to be empowered to bring their best selves forward./ppWe seek talent from all backgrounds to join our organization and are dedicated to achieving a diverse workforce in all aspects of employment including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, promotion, training, benefits, wage and salary equity./ppWho are we looking for?/pulliA successful candidate would be responsible for:/liliDevelop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts through regular phone and email communication./liliProactively manage a sales pipeline to drive month-over-month and year-over-year growth./liliEducate buyers on portfolio offerings, promotions, and new product launches to maximize sales potential./liliAchieve and exceed monthly activity metrics for calls and customer touches, maintaining accurate records in CRM./liliCollaborate with field sales, supply chain, operations and finance to ensure seamless customer support and order execution./liliParticipate in bi-weekly in-office product trainings with suppliers, importers, and industry leaders./liliDemonstrate professionalism and courtesy in every interaction, representing Winebows standards of excellence./li/ulpWhat does a successful candidate look like in this role?/pulliBachelors degree or HS diploma and 3 years of professional work experience./liliMinimum 12 years of sales or customer service experience./liliStrong preference for experience in the wine/spirits industry./liliStrong verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills./liliHighly motivated and goal-oriented; thrives in a structured, metrics-driven environment./liliProficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools./liliPassion for learning the wine and spirits industry through hands-on training and mentorship./liliPass required pre-employment drug and background screenings./liliProvide proof of eligibility to work in the United States and be able to successfully complete required I-9 form./li/ul/div
