This is a full-time, individual contributor role that requires a target-driven and customer-focused individual with a passion for fitness and sales. Other benefits may include a gym membership and opportunities for professional development within the Anytime Fitness franchise network./ppResponsibilities:/pulliDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive new membership acquisition and retain existing members/liliConduct tours and consultations with potential new members, promoting the gyms features and benefits to meet their fitness goals/liliConsistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets/liliFollow up with leads and referrals to convert them into new members/liliImplement and manage the gyms lead generation and referral programs/liliCreate and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive corporate membership sales/liliPlan and coordinate marketing and promotional events to attract new members and engage the current membership base/liliConduct regular membership outreach and follow-up calls to ensure member satisfaction and retention/liliMonitor and track membership and sales data, providing reports and analysis to the Club Manager/liliKeep up-to-date on industry trends, new fitness services, and competitors offerings to inform sales strategies and promotions/liliCollaborate with the rest of the management team to ensure a positive and welcoming gym environment for members/liliProvide excellent customer service and handle any member concerns or inquiries in a timely manner/liliAdhere to franchise policies and procedures, including maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the gym/liliAttend regular training and meetings as required by the franchise/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliMinimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry/liliProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets/liliStrong customer service and communication skills/liliKnowledge and passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle/liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment/liliProficient in using sales and lead tracking software/liliMust be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed/liliMust be able to stand, walk, and engage in physical activity for extended periods/liliMust have reliable transportation to/from work/liliMust be able to pass a background check and drug test/li/ulpA perfect applicant will be available for flexible hours, have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of our brand!
