This is a W-2 position offering guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission, with structured training, daily support, and clear performance expectations. Engage homeowners directly through door-to-door outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods Educate prospects on our products and services using a proven sales process Generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and close sales where applicable Accurately document activity and outcomes using provided tools Represent the brand professionally and consistently in the field Compensation & Benefits
