We are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join a high-performing residential door-to-door sales team. This is a W-2 position offering guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission, with structured training, daily support, and clear performance expectations. What You’ll Do
Engage homeowners directly through door-to-door outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods
Educate prospects on our products and services using a proven sales process
Generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and close sales where applicable
Accurately document activity and outcomes using provided tools
Represent the brand professionally and consistently in the field

Daytime and early evening hours
Outdoor, residential territory coverage
