Responsibilities
- The Visual Designer will shape the visual identity and creative expression of Client’s Education experiences. This role will define brand personality, establish a cohesive visual language, and ensure high quality visual standards across product surfaces, learning moments, campaigns, and community-facing experiences.
- Develop a unified visual identity system that elevates the Education brand and supports clear, confident storytelling for students and educators.
- Translate strategy into visual concepts, layouts, and design patterns that work across product, web, mobile, templates, learning content, and marketing assets.
- Partner with content strategists, product designers, PMM, community teams, and learning designers to maintain consistency and clarity across all surfaces.
- Create visual systems, style guides, libraries, and reusable components that scale easily across global regions and diverse education contexts.
- Explore new creative directions and experiments that keep our brand fresh, relevant, and accessible for K to 12 and higher education audiences.
- Support product and campaign launches with strong visual storytelling, including key art, thumbnails, icons, motion, and in-product visuals.
- Ensure every asset reflects high quality craft, alignment to brand goals, and accessibility for students and educators of all levels.
What You Bring
- Strong visual design skills across typography, layout, composition, color, and imagery.
- Experience designing for multi-surface environments across product and marketing.
- Ability to translate brand strategy into a cohesive visual system with clarity and purpose.
- Familiarity with creative tools, education audiences, and accessible design principles.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to iterate, co-create, and support a wide set of cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in brand systems, visual identity, and cross-surface design execution.
