What is the role?
TheSales Executiverolewillfocus on New Business acquisitionof net new logo customers, both direct and through our channel partners.This role requires you to own the entire sales process, from qualification to closing. You will work closely withthe Channel Manager in your territory toidentifyopportunities within our channel partners, as well asmanaging inbound leads andregularprospectingwithin your territory. This is a key role in CT’s go-to-market strategy and in achieving our ambitious growth targets to reach £30M turnover by 2030. Responsibilities:
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows: Acquirenew logo customers, with a view to building long term mutually beneficial relationships. Prospect within your assigned territoryin line with territory business development plans. Achievement ofindividualKPI’s along withmeetingrevenue growthtargets on a monthly,quarterlyand annual basis. Work closely with the Channel Manager in your territory tomaximise the quantity and quality of opportunities from our channel partners. Develop andmaintainlong term strategic relationships with key channel sales reps. Maintain a strong relationship with our Account Management team andassistin the smooth transition of the account at theappropriate time. Regular travel tovisit customers,prospectsand channel partners face-to-face. Attend and supportappropriatemarketingand channel events. Maintain a broad understanding of the key technology areas and be able to illustrate businessadvantages for clientsthrough technology investment and other ROI models. Maintainaccurateand up-to-date records in the CRM system including client interactions, clientdetailsand other relevant information to effectively service clients. Stay current of cloud and data solution technologies along with industry trends to provide informed recommendations and advice to clients. Skills & experience:

have: Solidcommunicationskillsincluding verbal, written and active listening. Understanding of sales cycles,pipelinemanagementand sales forecasting. Understanding of commercials tomaintainandgrow revenuein linewithassigned targets Building andmaintainingeffectivelong-term relationships. Ability to work effectively and multitask within a busy fast paced office environment. Customer service skills toeffectively and efficiently support clients. Manage workload effectivelyto meet client requirementswithout constant supervision. Ability to effectively utilise CRM tools tomaintainclient records,monitorperformance andidentifywhitespace opportunities. Demonstrate ability to evaluate and balance individual workloads through effective time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills. A self-starter who uses initiative to drive results independently and thrives in afast-paced,client-focused environment. The successful candidate
