  • Capture talking heads, B-roll, voiceovers, and behind-the-scenes footage
  • Adapt filming style based on client brand, industry, and platform needs

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit 50+ short-form videos per month for platforms like Instagram and Facebook
  • Add captions, text overlays, music, and transitions aligned with social best practices
  • Export videos in correct formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, etc.)
  • Maintain organized file systems using tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io
  • Ensure all content is polished, on-brand, and consistent with each client’s visual identity

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Director of Social Media and content team on video concepts
  • Provide creative input on trends, hooks, and platform-specific strategies
  • Review video performance and trends to continuously improve results
  • Participate in internal planning meetings and contribute to a growing in-house video team

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience filming and editing short-form social media content
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook video formats and trends
  • Comfortable directing clients and talent on set
  • Strong storytelling instincts with attention to pacing, visuals, and audio
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Collaborative, reliable, and excited to grow within a creative team

Tools & Equipment

  • Must provide own filming equipment (camera, mic, lighting, etc.)
  • Editing software of choice (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Descript, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, or similar tools preferred
