Executive Recruiter , you will play a pivotal role in shaping leadership teams for projects. Your expertise will directly influence strategic decisions and help build the foundation for global infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive and senior-level roles
Partner with internal stakeholders and portfolio leadership to understand hiring needs
Develop and execute targeted search strategies across Healthcare and GovCon markets
Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments
Manage candidate experience through offer and close
Maintain strong market intelligence and talent pipelines
Ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable regulations
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
Healthcare or Government Contracting recruiting experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting leadership-level stakeholders
Strong candidate evaluation and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
