Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually

BWBR is a commercial architecture, interior design, and planning firm focused on creating thoughtful, functional, and innovative environments within our core healthcare, higher education and science & technology markets. We are seeking an early-career Interior Designer with 1-5 years of professional experience to join our collaborative design team. The ideal candidate is design-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced commercial design environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development of interior design concepts, space planning, and design presentations.

Support the selection and specification of finishes, furniture, and materials.

Produce presentation materials, including renderings, mood boards, and graphics.

Participate in meetings, design reviews, and internal quality assurance efforts.

Work with a team to prepare design documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.

Coordinate with internal project teams as well as external consultants and product reps.

Assist with construction administration tasks such as submittal reviews, RFIs, and site visits.

Maintain organized project files and adhere to client and firm standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited program

1–5 years of professional experience in a commercial interior design or architecture firm

Working knowledge of commercial building codes, ADA requirements, and industry standards

Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Enscape a plus

Strong design sensibility, graphic skills, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Professional, proactive, and eager to learn
