We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Development Representative (SDR) to support our continued global growth in consulting, training, and software services. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with
1+ years of B2B sales and/or marketing/customer facing experience
who is eager to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, international environment. You are the first line of offense in our go-to-market strategy and the primary driver of pipeline generation. Your core focus will be on proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential leads among large national brands and our current customer base, leading directly to the scheduling of qualified introductory meetings for our Executive Sales team. Key Responsibilities
Sales Development
Identify, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, and events. Research target accounts, key decision-makers, and industry trends to support a consultative sales approach. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales executives and consultants. Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent). Collaborate with business development and delivery teams to align solutions with customer needs. Marketing Support
Partner closely with the marketing team to execute global campaigns, webinars, and events. Generate awareness and interest through digital channels, including email marketing, social media, and industry forums. Draft outreach messaging and engagement sequences promoting training, consulting, and AI-enabled software solutions. Track and analyze campaign performance, ensuring marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) convert into sales opportunities. Qualifications & Skills
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing (experience in professional services, consulting, training, or software preferred). Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exposure to manufacturing or regulated industries is a strong plus. Location
