Our 400-strong membership has collectively committed over $1B to improve the lives of women and girls. Through collaborative leadership (resources, social capital, and expertise), we seek to drive greater impact and accelerate progress. By transforming how we give and invest, we remove barriers for leaders and innovators, inspiring bolder investments from a diverse ecosystem of funding partners. Chief of Programs and Learning

Key Responsibilities Program Strategy and Design Develop and implement virtual and in-person programs on topics such as women’s health, gender-based violence, women in arts, democracy, and impact investing, with an emphasis on intersectionality. Contribute to core programs including annual summits and the Philanthropic Leadership Program, ensuring clear learning objectives and impactful outcomes. Create responsive programming for emergent issues and crises. Collaborate with senior leadership on future program direction.

Content Development and Facilitation Research emerging perspectives and key voices relevant to women’s rights and gender justice, ensuring inclusion of BIPOC and LGBTIQ voices. Identify and prepare speakers for sessions, ensuring content is engaging and inclusive.

Program Operations and Execution Contribute to the planning and delivery of a comprehensive annual program calendar. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to support continuous improvement. Build authentic relationships with members and serve as a trusted resource. Support team growth and collaboration. Provide support to the Chief of Programs and Learning as needed. Note: Periodic domestic travel may be required. Candidates must be based in the U.S. and able to work across U.S. time zones.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of women’s philanthropy and the gender justice movement. Experience in designing and delivering learning programs. Familiarity with donor networks and values-aligned giving communities. Outgoing and confident communication skills. Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities. Highly organized with good project management skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Leadership skills to support team development as needed.
