FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Chicago, IL (Wicker Park area) is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead and grow a high-performing outpatient physical therapy clinic. • Base Salary: $90,000–$130,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and daily workflows to ensure exceptional patient care
• Maintain a full outpatient caseload while leading the clinic
• Lead, mentor, and develop physical therapists and PTAs
• Ensure clinical excellence across orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance programs
• Drive clinic growth through strategic planning, community outreach, and performance optimization
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Track and report key performance metrics
• Partner with ownership to build and sustain a positive, high-performing clinic culture

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Minimum of 5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois (or license-eligible)
• Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Strong interest in orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance rehabilitation
• Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leadership style
• Passion for mentoring and developing high-performing clinical teams
