Oversee clinic operations and daily workflows to ensure exceptional patient care Maintain a full outpatient caseload while leading the clinic Lead, mentor, and develop physical therapists and PTAs Ensure clinical excellence across orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance programs Drive clinic growth through strategic planning, community outreach, and performance optimization Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations Track and report key performance metrics Partner with ownership to build and sustain a positive, high-performing clinic culture Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Minimum of 5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois (or license-eligible) Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred Strong interest in orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance rehabilitation Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leadership style Passion for mentoring and developing high-performing clinical teams Ready to lead a thriving outpatient clinic in Chicago and make a lasting impact?
