What You’ll Do As the Vice President of Sales, you’ll play a critical leadership role in the organization, responsible for:
Leading and executing a data-driven, results-oriented sales strategy Building and mentoring a high-performing sales team that delivers on KPIs Partnering across departments — Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience — to align goals and deliver an exceptional customer journey Driving pipeline development and overseeing performance forecasting Cultivating strong client relationships and supporting key account growth Participating in executive strategy discussions and planning for future growth
What You Bring 10+ years of leadership experience with a minimum of 2 years senior-level sales management A proven ability to drive team performance and exceed revenue targets Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Bachelor’s degree preferred
