Appointment Setter who is more than just friendly on the phone—you’re a closer. Someone who knows how to guide a conversation, meet call goals, and convert interest into scheduled appointments.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing customers and schedule free insulation service inspections
Close calls by meeting weekly appointment-setting goals and KPIs
Follow up via phone and email to generate strong leads (customer lists provided!)
Accurately log interactions and outcomes in our CRM system
Participate in weekly virtual team meetings via Google Meet
Position Details
Part-time: 20–30 hours/week
HYBRID
Flexible schedule with performance expectations
$20 Hourly + Bonus!
