Insurance Services Representative I Responsible for collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims. Must communicate effectively while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume. Performs duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details Education:
HS Degree or Equivalent.
Other Skills and Knowledge
Communication and customer service skills.
Computer and keyboarding skills.
Preferred
Health billing and insurance experience.
Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
