A client of ours, a home textiles manufacturer, is seeking a Junior Designer to support the design and development of bedding and top-of-bed products for off-price and e-commerce channels. This role works closely with Designers, Sales, and Merchandising teams to create artwork, presentations, and development packages, while gaining hands-on experience in the full product design lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of bedding and top-of-bed products Create and support artwork, CADs, color palettes, repeats, and layouts Develop mood boards, presentations, and design concepts for internal and external meetings Support the design process from concept through sample approval and production Create and maintain specs and color information in PLM Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and mills as needed Organize design files, samples, and showroom materials Stay current on home and bedding design trends Qualifications
BA/BFA in Design, Textile Design, or related field 1–2 years of experience in home fashion or product design (including internships) Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong color sense, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively Location:
Hybrid (minimum 3 days in-office: Tuesday–Thursday) Experience:
