We’re seeking a Leasing Specialist to help fill vacancies across our portfolio. This is a semi-remote role based in Tampa — you’ll work from home most days but will occasionally attend in-person meetings and office days, and may visit properties as needed. Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads from online ads (Facebook Marketplace, Google, LoopNet, Crexi, phone, etc.) Qualify prospects, schedule and conduct property tours (mostly virtual tours) Negotiate lease terms and close new tenants Track leads, follow-ups, and deals in Monday.com Partner with operations & marketing teams to keep listings up to date and improve lead generation Monitor market rents and recommend pricing adjustments Ideal Candidate
2+ years of leasing, sales, or property management experience (commercial or residential) Strong closer: excellent phone & email communication, confident in negotiations Organized & tech-savvy — comfortable using CRMs, scheduling tools, and digital ads Self-starter who can work remotely but thrives on measurable results Bonus: experience with small-bay industrial leasing High performance bonus structure — strong closers can exceed $100K total comp Semi-remote flexibility with some on-site visits Opportunity to grow with an entrepreneurial, fast-scaling real estate company Location
