Bonitz of Georgia is looking for an experienced
COMMERCIAL Roofing Foreman

What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise a crew of 4–5 roofers
Review job plans, drawings, and existing conditions
Coordinate daily operations to ensure quality work and on‑time completion
Train, coach, and support crew members and subcontractors
Maintain safety compliance (OSHA & company standards)
Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and well maintained
Handle documentation: time sheets, reports, receiving tickets, toolbox talks
Communicate with project managers and superintendents
Interact professionally with customers
Travel to job sites (up to 25% overnight)
What We’re Looking For
2+ years commercial roofing experience
PVC & TPO experience required
Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
Comfortable working outdoors year‑round
Strong communication + leadership skills
OSHA 30 is a plus (we’ll help you get it, if needed!)
Metal roofing/wall panel experience a bonus but not required
Pay & Benefits
$20–$26/hr starting pay (based on experience)
Quarterly & annual bonuses based on performance
Medical, dental, vision after 60 days
Paid holidays + PTO (earned immediately)
Per Diem for overnight jobs
401(k) after 6 months
