Pay:
$11/hr
$12/hr if bilingual (English & Spanish)
Hours:
Monday – Friday, some weekends from 10:30AM-7:00PM
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism
Assist customers with questions and basic support
Document call details accurately
Provide a positive customer experience every time
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills
Basic computer skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (higher pay!)
Training:
Paid training class potentially starting
early February 2026
