Resolute HB/PB Epic Principal Trainer
for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in
Raleigh, NC . *This position is hybrid * Epic Certification required. Must be certified in the following Epic application modules: Resolute Hospital Billing Curriculum Certification Resolute Professional Billing Curriculum Certification TED105 – Training Wheels Behind the Scenes Certification TED300 – Training Environment Build Certification Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain role based training content for Epic using Microsoft Office and other tools. Build comprehensive instructional materials and classroom exercises; maintain related policy and procedure documentation. Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve training programs and administration processes. Learn new Epic content areas; consult with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance. Assist with building, refreshing, and testing MST training environments; validate workflows and roles. Provide environmental support, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical teams. Delivery & Facilitation
Co-facilitate classroom instruction with other trainers; assist learners during hands-on exercises. Prepare lessons, print materials, and set up rooms/environments prior to sessions. Present information clearly-both verbally and in writing-to diverse audiences. Follow up with trainees outside the classroom and offer additional support. Serve as an expert educator to state staff. Train-the-trainer: credential and coach additional classroom trainers as needed. Teach technical topics to staff and end users when required. Planning & Administration: Manage application assignments by prioritizing work, creating schedules, and adhering to timelines. Support curriculum and training development for third-party applications as needed. Required Skills
3 Years - Epic Principal Trainer Experience Active Epic certifications (Resolute HB, Resolute PB, TED105, TED300). 5 Years - EHR/Health IT training experience Ability to work without close supervision, taking ownership of work activities, & ensuring training sessions & materials meet Epic's standards 3 Year - Skill and experience in adult education, especially for health information technology or healthcare revenue cycle applications Demonstrating flexibility with respect to required changes in training content and delivery methods Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work activities &ensure that they are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely Ability to learn new content and leverage that knowledge to develop strong training programs. 3 Years - Develops presentations & presents in a clear & interesting manner, commanding the audience's attention, & handling questions/challenges. 3 Years - Experience performing job shadowing Desired Skill
3 Years - Credentialed and/or experienced in developing the Epic training environments This position is available on a corp-to-corp basis or as a W2 position with a
