5+ years of experience in VRF sales with a solid track record of hitting or exceeding targets. Strong technical knowledge of VRF systems and solutions. A powerful network in the U.S. HVAC or VRF market—contractors, engineers, reps. You thrive on developing new business, closing deals, and delivering value to clients. You communicate confidently, negotiate like a pro, and solve problems fast. What You\'ll Do

Drive VRF product sales and grow market share across assigned accounts and territories. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and developers. Provide hands-on technical support and system recommendations. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and negotiate contracts. Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and top-tier customer support. What You Get
