Coda Search is partnering with a leading global asset manager with over $100BN in AUM is seeking a Corporate Actions Specialist to join its middle office team. This role sits at the center of trade lifecycle management and is responsible for the accurate processing, validation, and communication of corporate action events across all asset classes. The position works closely with trading, operations, portfolio managers, and external counterparties to ensure all events are captured correctly and on time. This is a world-class fund with lots of exposure across the group. Key Responsibilities

Monitor, interpret, and process all corporate action events including dividends, splits, mergers, tenders, rights issues, spin-offs, and reorganizations Validate corporate action announcements from custodians, agents, and market data providers and resolve discrepancies Analyze event impacts on portfolios and communicate key details to portfolio managers, traders, operations, and fund accounting Prepare quarterly reports on various events and analyze risk metrics Manage elections for voluntary corporate actions and ensure timely submission to custodians and agents Reconcile corporate action activity across internal systems, custodians, and accounting platforms Assist and identify process improvements across the platform Train and mentor junior members on the team Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 4+ years of experience in corporate actions, middle office, operations, or custody services within asset management, hedge fund, or banking environments Strong understanding of global corporate actions across equities, fixed income, and derivatives Experience working with custodians, prime brokers, and market data providers Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
