Senior Asset Servicing - Corp Actions

A premier multi-strategy fund is expanding its platform and is looking for a skilled Corporate Actions / Asset Servicing specialist to play a key role in a fast-growing, high-impact team.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end processing of mandatory corporate actions with primary focus on cash and stock dividends across global markets
Monitor and validate corporate action announcements from custodians, prime brokers, and vendors
Calculate and reconcile dividend and mandatory event entitlements, ensuring timely and accurate posting
Manage dividend-related tax withholding, reclaims, and treaty benefits in partnership with tax and fund accounting teams
Ensure correct treatment of events across long, short, swap, and synthetic positions
Investigate and resolve breaks, late or missing payments, and counterparty discrepancies
Act as a key liaison between trading, prime brokers, custodians, fund accounting, and technology teams
Support NAV accuracy and month-end and year-end close processes
Escalate material issues and risks in accordance with internal governance and control frameworks
Contribute to process improvement, automation, and control enhancements
Maintain strong documentation and adherence to internal policies and global market practices
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume hedge fund environment
Qualifications
8–12+ years of experience in Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions, with a good understanding of mandatory events and dividends.
Deep understanding of global equity markets, proxy voting, and income processing.
Strong background in technology-enabled process re-engineering, automation tools, and workflow systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to command a room and communicate with portfolio managers, traders, and senior executives.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications a plus
