
Russell Tobin is seeking an Analyst to support a Fixed Income Secured Lending platform based on-site in New York.
This role sits within an asset management function and focuses primarily on a
CLO Warehousing portfolio , providing financing to CLO managers ramping portfolios ahead of capital markets issuance.
The platform provides asset-backed financing to asset originators and financial sponsors globally, with exposure across
corporate loans, fund capital commitments, consumer loans, residential and commercial mortgages, and other asset classes
across the US and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day oversight of the
CLO Warehousing portfolio
across the US and Europe
Track and review
borrower and trustee reporting
Maintain and calculate
lending covenants and collateral performance
Oversee and process
client funding requests
Prepare
loan-level and asset-level reporting
on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Assist with
portfolio analytics and presentation materials
for senior management
Support preparation of
quarterly and annual portfolio reviews
Assist with
amendment and waiver requests , including risk impact analysis
Conduct
market and asset-level research
Review proposed CLO warehousing transactions to assess
risk profile
Partner with internal technology teams to
enhance systems and improve processes
Qualifications
4–6+ years of experience in
finance, accounting, or operations
Experience in
banking, asset management, structured products, rating agencies, or accounting firms
Exposure to
structured products or corporate credit
(CLOs, leveraged loans, ABS, RMBS, CMBS)
Advanced
Excel
skills (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
Strong
PowerPoint
and business writing skills
Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
