Perform daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with the trustee and administrative providers
Reconciliation of monthly CLO reporting and quarterly distributions
Monitor portfolio corporate actions and ensure the proper actions and updates are done internally and with service providers
Closely monitor deal and warehouse cash balances and perform calculations for warehouse fundings and prepare drawdown requests
Involvement in new issue CLO warehouse management, closing date, and effective date procedures and ongoing coordination with audit and tax teams
Support Research and Trading teams in CLO transactions, including new issue, resets, & refinancings
Working with fund accountants and administrators to resolve any bank loan related inquiries or discrepancies
Assisting with ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis as assigned
