A leading credit manager is seeking an Operations (VP Level) professional to join its growing CLO platform. The firm manages over $10B+ in AUM and has experienced rapid growth, delivering strong performance over the past 3+ years.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with Portfolio Management, Trading, and Structuring teams on a daily basis
Oversee and manage third-party service providers, including outsourced middle office, loan closing, fund administration, and trustees
Manage the CLO lifecycle end-to-end, from warehouse through issuance and ongoing post-close activities
Qualifications
6+ years of experience at an asset manager or investment bank
Deep subject-matter expertise in CLOs
Strong operations and/or trade support background
