
Business Development Representative

Primary Duties
Maintain tiered outreach strategy across all account categories Schedule and complete daily meetings to support new business generation and maintain high-value relationships Manage a territory prospecting plan for Charlotte, Lake Norman, and surrounding areas Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers and referral coordinators Support HLOC transfers and maintain alignment with intake on availability Track assessments and admissions influenced by territory accounts via CRM Host lunch-and-learns, training, and educational visits Attend networking events, conferences, and community engagements Maintain detailed weekly reporting and maintain the tier tracking dashboard Identify new referral sources, re-engage inactive partners, and move accounts up the tier structure Serve as a brand ambassador representing TBI’s family-centered values Qualifications
2+ years sales experience in behavioral health, healthcare sales, or community engagement Bonus: Case Management experience/ history of selling to case managers Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and sales skills Ability to manage a large geographic territory Organized, disciplined, and comfortable with KPIs Strong follow-through and professionalism Must be comfortable with public speaking Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
