Join our dynamic P&C Supplier Management team as a Strategic Supplier Relationship Manager. This role involves managing high-impact labor and service-based supplier relationships to scale the business and act as a dedicated career partner to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Champion Supplier Performance: Lead and optimize relationships with external partners, ensuring they deliver on mission-critical business needs.
Master Complex Data: Utilize tools like Excel, Guidewire, and Oracle Ebilling to validate invoices.
Navigate the Contract Lifecycle: Analyze contract language and SLAs to manage renewals, drive RFPs/RFIs, and align supplier capabilities with strategic objectives.
Drive Collaborative Success: Act as the vital bridge between 3rd party providers and internal stakeholders, managing performance and volume to achieve steady-state excellence.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in Supplier, Vendor, or 3rd Party Management—ideally within Financial Services, Insurance, or a Military background.
Analytical Precision: Demonstrated ability to reconcile spend against budgets and validate deliverables against contractual obligations.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional skills in articulating complex contract terms to business leaders and building rapport with global suppliers.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency with procurement and contracting systems (Enlighta, CLM) and advanced Excel skills.
