We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and creative
Social Media Manager
who’s ideally a
current or recently graduated pre‑med student
(or future healthcare professional) interested in learning how to build a physician’s digital brand the right way—ethically, accurately, and with great taste. You’ll help plan, create, edit, and publish content that educates patients, highlights our services, and grows trust in our practice. This is a great fit if you’re curious about medicine and you love content, storytelling, and strategy. What You’ll Do
Content strategy & planning:
Create weekly/monthly content calendars aligned with practice priorities and seasonal trends. Short‑form video creation:
Film/edit Reels/TikToks/Shorts (or repurpose existing footage) with strong hooks, captions, and clean visuals. Educational posts:
Turn physician topics into clear, patient‑friendly content (myth vs fact, FAQs, “what to expect,” recovery tips, etc.). Brand voice & consistency:
Maintain a polished, credible, physician‑appropriate tone across platforms. Posting & scheduling:
Publish content consistently, optimize captions/hashtags, and schedule posts. Community management:
Monitor comments/DMs, flag anything clinical/sensitive to the physician, and respond to general inquiries using approved templates. Performance tracking:
Provide a simple monthly report (views, saves, shares, follower growth, top performers) and propose improvements. Coordination:
Work directly with the doctor to capture content efficiently (e.g., establishing filming schedule, etc). Platforms

(Reels + Stories) What We’re Looking For
Current or recently graduated pre‑med student (or strong interest in healthcare/medicine)
plus
genuine interest in social media marketing. Strong writing skills and the ability to simplify medical topics accurately. Comfortable being behind the camera and/or directing filming (phone is fine). Solid video editing ability (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva—any is fine). Organized, consistent, and deadline‑driven. Good judgment: understands medical professionalism, privacy, and boundaries. Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Experience growing an account (personal or client). Basic graphic design (Canva templates, carousels). Copywriting (hooks, CTAs, short scripts). Familiarity with healthcare advertising guidelines and HIPAA basics. Interest in patient education, wellness, sports medicine or pain management (any physician specialty welcome). What You’ll Gain
