Overview United Against Human Trafficking (UAHT)

is a Houston-based nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing human trafficking and supporting survivors of both labor and sex trafficking. Serving the Greater Houston area, UAHT works through education, advocacy, and survivor-centered services to raise awareness, strengthen prevention efforts, and promote long-term healing and independence.

Position Overview United Against Human Trafficking (UAHT) isseekinga seasoned, relationship-driven

Corporate Gifts & Community Relations Manager

to advance established corporate fundraising and community engagement efforts. This is a

plug-and-play role

for an experienced professional who can step in quickly to steward relationships, secure corporate gifts through direct asks, and represent UAHT externally.

This is a

part-time, hybrid position

, with in-person availability required Tuesday through Thursday.

Core Responsibilities

Cultivate,solicit, and steward corporate donors and business partners, with an emphasis on major gifts

Leverage existing relationships within the Houston corporate and business community

Conduct direct ask fundraising and manage ongoing corporate stewardship

Recruit, engage, andretaincorporate and community volunteers

Support fundraising and community-facing events through donor engagement and on-site relationship building

Represent UAHT at community meetings, corporate engagements, and networking opportunities

Track donor activity and engagement in Salesforce,GiveSmart, and ECM systems

Collaborate closely with the Development and Communications teams to ensure aligned messaging and outreach

Performadditionalduties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Development

Required Qualifications

Minimum of

5years of experience securing major gifts from corporations and businesses

At least

5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience

Proven success with

direct ask fundraising

Strong background in

volunteer recruitment, engagement, and retention

Experience supporting fundraising and community events

Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills

Salesforce and/orGiveSmartexperience preferred

Existing relationships with Houston-area corporations strongly preferred

Work Schedule & Location

Part-time, hybrid role

Salary of $25,000.00 - $32,000.00

In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Occasional evening or weekend availability for events
