Position Senior Living Coordinator – Part Time
Location: Columbia, Missouri
Pay Range: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
Shift Schedule: 3 days per week with possible rotating weekends 8:30am to 5:00pm
Westbury located at 550 Stone Valley Parkway, Columbia, MO 65203
Responsibilities
Empathetic Empathizer : Responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with potential residents and family members during a stressful time.
Communicator of Knowledge : Ensure information regarding leads is entered accurately and thoroughly into database and provide leads with all necessary and helpful information on senior living and next‑step options.
Lead Base Liaison : Strategically cultivate leads through phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are accurately catalogued in the lead base.
Hospitable Host : Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits to community events.
Qualifications
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record as per the insurance carrier’s policy.
You will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
You shall possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our residents.
You will be professional in appearance and conduct.
You will be able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills if needed.
You must be criminally cleared.
You must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
