Description

You will be the Project Management & Planning Operations Representative (Control Account Manager) for the ADP Business Operations team within Engineering and Technology. Responsibilities

Managing all cost and schedule aspects of managed projects Coordinate with the Program Team, other Control Account Managers (CAM), subcontractors, suppliers and customers to ensure contract requirements and deliverables are met Address technical issues, coordinate with suppliers, work closely with development engineering teams and support Program Cost and Schedule reviews Support team tag-ups with Subcontract Manager, Program Manager, Mission Planning Environment Director and CAMs Help coordinate action item closure Facilitate and coordinate weekly schedule status meetings, EV reviews, and monthly Program Cost and Schedule Reviews Support the Risk Management process by identifying, documenting, and managing contract risks and mitigation plans Support pop-up tasking related to CAM activities for your projects Basic Qualifications

Management of cost, schedule and technical aspects of accounts, with reporting of those metrics Earned Value Management (EVM) understanding Project Management or Project Engineering experience Developing and executing program or project plans Internal/customer Program Reviews experience Ability to develop a collaborative working environment across business units and with external customers/counterparts Experience in metrics development and tracking Desired Skills

CAM Certification Generating metrics-based Basis-Of Estimates (BOEs) and providing proposal support Experience with Supplier Management and Coordination Ability to plan strategically and translate strategies into daily, weekly and monthly actions Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proven communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organization Experience coordinating across multiple functions or engineering teams Leadership in Risk and Opportunity Management Experience in developing high-performance teams and leading culture change with external stakeholders Experience in Non-Production Requests (NPRs) creation and process flow Experience in approvals of invoices from suppliers and/or subcontractors Agile Experience F-16 or F-35 experience Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint PMP certification Security Clearance

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide flexibility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over five days, with some condensed schedules available. Condensed schedules provide additional time away from the office and are in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
