Control Account Manager (CAM) – AMMM (C-130, C5, P3) Airframe Design Team. Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, full-time.
Responsibilities
Apply earned value management techniques to measure performance against baseline for all projects under responsibility.
Prepare Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) and coordinate with team managers on task planning.
Update and provide Internal Orders (I/Os) for labor charging.
Collect information and prepare monthly Cost/Schedule Variances, forecasts, and other EV-related activities.
Basic Qualifications
Must be familiar with Earned Value Management concepts and application.
BA/BS degree in Aviation Program Management, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
Self‑directing personality. Proactive, willing to investigate solutions/answers and drive results.
Familiar with AC‑6386 Program Performance Management (PPM) Implementation as it applies to AMMM Programs.
Willing or have already taken PPM (CAM) 101 training course.
Familiarity with ETC updates, VAR authoring, Baseline Change Request (BCR) processing, Project schedule and cost baselining, IWAD structure, EV techniques, Work Scope definition, Budget Master Targets, and Control Account / Work Package structures.
Experience with Proposal and BOE (Basis of Estimate Development).
Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Must be a US Citizen.
Requires special access to facility.
A level 4 employee, typically has 9 – 15 years of professional experience.
