Account Manager – Outside Sales COMPENSATION:
$65,000–$80,000 base salary (annual merit increases based on performance) + uncapped commission! ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION:

As an Account Manager focused on outside sales, you will be responsible for expanding and managing relationships within the personal injury legal community. Responsibilities include: Achieving and exceeding revenue and territory growth targets Developing long-term partnerships with personal injury attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff Hosting in-person meetings, lunches, and networking engagements with law firm stakeholders Representing the company at legal conferences, industry events, and networking functions Conducting outbound outreach and follow-ups using CRM tools to support pipeline development Maintaining accurate records of prospects, accounts, and activity Presenting and educating legal partners on the company’s services and value proposition Managing deal progression through consistent follow-up, documentation coordination, and closing support What to Expect

Minimum of 2 years of inside or outside sales experience Proven ability to build relationships and consistently meet or exceed goals Experience developing sales strategies and tracking performance metrics Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently Confident engaging with professionals in social and business settings Compensation & Benefits
