Pella Windows & Doors of Utah is expanding our
Outside Sales (B2C)
team in the Salt Lake City market. We are an established and growing branch, adding experienced sales professionals who know how to build trust, manage a pipeline, and close high-value home improvement projects. This is a
consultative, in-home sales role
working directly with homeowners on window and door replacement projects. You will manage the full sales process, from the initial appointment and design consultation through contract and installation. Success in this role comes from strong follow-through, credibility with customers, and the ability to close with confidence. We are looking for sales professionals with a
proven track record in B2C or in-home sales
who are comfortable working independently in the field and take pride in representing a premium brand. In return, Pella offers a respected name, high-quality products, operational support, and a growing market with room to increase both earnings and influence. What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the sales and installation process Conduct in-home consultations and showroom presentations, providing tailored design solutions and detailed proposals Manage projects from sale through installation, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction Partner with internal teams to support smooth execution and strong outcomes Drive revenue through a performance-based commission structure This role blends
remote work from a home office
with daily in-field appointments. Candidates must live in the Salt Lake City area or surrounding communities and have reliable transportation. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company driving requirements. Compensation
$5,000 per month forgivable draw
(paid bi-weekly) for the first six months Transition to straight commission after six months First-year earnings average $100,000
