What You’ll Be Doing
Speaking with business owners who have already expressed interest in funding
Understanding cash flow, revenue, and financing needs
Recommending funding solutions that actually make sense for the business
Managing your pipeline from first call through funding
Following up, negotiating, and closing deals efficiently
Keeping detailed notes and updates in our CRM
Working closely with management to improve outcomes and process
What We’re Looking For
Experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or financial services
Comfortable handling objections and closing deals
Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
Organized, reliable, and accountable
Motivated by performance-based compensation
Lending, MCA, or business funding experience is a plus, but not required
Uncapped commission structure
Warm inbound leads provided
Ongoing training and one-on-one coaching

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business a plus
At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
