Bridgestone HosePower, LLC is North America's Premier Hydraulic and Industrial Hose Sales and Service Company. Headquartered in Orange Park, Florida, we offer Counter Service, Mobile Hose Repair, and state-of-the-art OEM Centers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We are seeking a motivated, outgoing Sales Support Specialist/CSR to assist our growing sales and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate entire order process from time of order through delivery and shipping
Work closely with HosePower field representatives and customers in communicating product availability
Minimize impact of customer service complaints and claims by reacting quickly and efficiently to resolve problem issues
Understand and interpret product requirements and provide information to customers
Fill orders and communicate expected delivery date
Check customers buying history; suggest related and new items and explain features
Answer phones and inquiries
Qualifications
Experience in an industrial sales setting preferred
Excellent telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills required
Basic computer skills and ability to learn various computer systems; Microsoft Office experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Able to handle multiple tasks and respond to customers quickly and efficiently
Mathematical computation skills
Ideal candidate must be a team player, goal-oriented and self-motivated
