Responsibilities Of Position

The Digital Sales Coordinator maintains Rumpke’s inbound marketing campaigns, and responds to web inquiries through email, text messaging, and phone. The position requires work within Rumpke’s customer relationship management software.

Follow up with inbound web inquiries, ensuring minimum response time

Answer phones promptly and courteously utilizing company procedures

Provide potential customers with necessary pricing, service, and scheduling information

Move leads through the sales pipeline via email, text messaging, and phone communication, collaborating with inside sales teams to close opportunities

Organize contacts and tasks within Rumpke’s CRM system to ensure appropriate prospect follow up

Draft persuasive customer communications and maintain automated response sequences through Rumpke’s CRM system

Perform other duties as required

Supervisory Responsibility

This position will not manage employees

Skills & Abilities Needed For Position

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to quickly pick up on new digital tools and processes

Dependable team‑player with ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently

Ability to suggest and implement ideas or programs to increase efficiency and/or assure effective communications to target audiences

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Experience & Knowledge Needed For Position

One year of digital sales or marketing experience preferred

One year of experience with customer relationship management software preferred

One year of persuasive writing experience

Physical Requirements In a Regular Workday

Occasionally lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling a max of 10 lbs

Rarely lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling a max of 20 lbs

Occasionally stooping/kneeling/crouching/crawling

Frequently sitting/standing

Occasionally walking

Additional Working Conditions/Aspects

Ability to work flexible hours; expected to work nights and weekends as needed

Legally eligible to work in the United States

Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

Must successfully complete pre-employment testing

Must be able to read and speak the English language
