CEM/DP Porter Contractors
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant located in Hermon, ME. The Executive Personal Assistant will assist in day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks, manage the executive's schedule, and communicate between executive and other departments. Responsibilities include general clerical duties, communication and coordination, and providing high-level support to ensure smooth operations. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing tasks effectively to support the executive team.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support daily tasks and overall executive operations
Strong Communication skills for effective coordination, written correspondence, and interpersonal interactions
Experience in Data entry and Clerical Skills to organize schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in office software and tools; familiarity with relevant administrative technologies
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant is preferred; a Bachelor's degree or related certification is advantageous.
Experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred.
