OBJECTIVE The Strategic Account Manager is the primary customer contact for commercial, institutional, educational and hospitality accounts. This role is responsible for increasing the share of wallet on assigned accounts along with business development of new accounts.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Generate sales related to HVAC replacement and retrofit equipment, system upgrade products, aftermarket parts, supplies and accessories in an assigned account list.
Build and maintain positive relationships with commercial, institutional, educational, hospitality maintenance & purchasing departments and service contractors. Share the value proposition and develop solutions that lead to sales growth and long-term customer year over year repeat business.
Work closely with national account team to implement contracts and national group purchasing agreements.
Analyze the territory and develop, execute, and monitor sales programs.
Implement the CE Sales Management Process, identify a robust pipeline by developing opportunities that produce sales growth.
Develop and implement account penetration strategies to include regular business reviews for key customers to maximize sales growth.
