Digital Marketing Ads
— a game-changing tool helping businesses grow online. This position is designed for professionals who can navigate the
German market , onboard and engage with high-potential companies (possible future unicorns), and thrive in a
tech-focused, client-centric
environment.
Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop
high-performing PPC campaigns .
Make
outbound calls
to promote and sell advertising services.
Understand customer objectives and propose tailored marketing solutions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while increasing campaign spend and upselling.
Create, maintain, and update customer databases accurately.
Handle a
high volume of client interactions
daily via phone and email.
Identify opportunities for growth and advocacy within your customer base.
Requirements BA/BS degree
(MA/MSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred) OR equivalent experience.
German – C2
and
English – C1/C2
level proficiency.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in sales, digital marketing, or customer success.
Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Strong
CRM and client relationship management
experience.
Comfortable using
AI-driven tools
to personalize outreach and improve efficiency.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends.
Confident, proactive, and adaptable team player.
Specialized Competencies for the German Market Deep understanding of
German business culture and communication styles .
Strategic mindset: ability to identify and approach
companies with growth potential .
Skilled in
ROI discussions , integration of digital platforms, and compliance with
GDPR and data privacy
regulations.
Proven experience in
stakeholder management
and handling complex client structures.
Awareness of regional digital marketing trends and competitor activity.
Process optimization and operational excellence mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €24,310
Variable compensation (bonus): up to €4,290 gross/year
Employment Type:
Full-time (39h/week),
Hybrid – Barcelona .
