About the role We’re seeking a

Digital Marketing Assistant

who enjoys turning strategy into action. This role directly supports the Marketing Director by bringing campaigns, content, and digital initiatives to life across web, email, paid media, and social channels.

You’ll be hands‑on in building digital assets, optimizing campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring our digital presence is accurate, engaging, and effective. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, data‑informed, comfortable with modern marketing tools (including AI), and eager to grow their digital marketing expertise.

What you'll do

Create digital marketing assets based on direction from the Marketing Director

Adapt approved marketing and sales collateral into digital formats, including ads, landing pages, emails, and social content

Build, update, and maintain landing pages to support marketing campaigns

Implement content across website, blog, email, social media, and digital campaigns

Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns in Google Ads and paid social platforms

Support SEO and SEM initiatives and assist with on‑page content updates

Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console, delivering clear, actionable insights

Maintain and organize the digital marketing collateral library, identifying gaps and needed updates

Provide execution support for design-related needs using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma

Assist with WordPress updates and ongoing site content changes

Participate in marketing strategy discussions to ensure execution aligns with goals

What you’ll bring

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads

Experience executing paid digital campaigns and supporting SEO/SEM efforts

Comfort using Figma and collaborating on design workflows

Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn and maintain brand voice

Strong organization, time management, and task prioritization skills

Comfort working independently while collaborating closely with leadership

Proactive problem‑solver who identifies execution roadblocks and communicates early

Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency and output

Openness to feedback and a growth mindset

Performance expectations

Timely and effective execution of digital initiatives in support of the Marketing Director

Consistent upkeep and optimization of digital content, ads, and landing pages

Reliable task completion using a project/ticketing system

Delivery of actionable performance insights for quarterly and annual planning

Participation in marketing strategy meetings and ongoing professional development

Commitment to at least 5 hours per month of training and skill-building

The pay range for this role is:

47,000 - 53,000 USD per year (San Antonio)
