
What you\'ll do
You are the operational core that keeps our client campaigns running smoothly, strategically, and on time.
Content Calendar Ownership:
Build and oversee content calendars for each platform, ensuring adherence to client plans and internal deadlines.
Workflow Management:
Oversee content production and set clear, firm deadlines for the creative team, ensuring smooth delivery from concept to launch.
Strategy & Planning:
Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive social media content plans. You are confident in formulating social media strategies that drive measurable results, always aligning efforts with client business goals and department KPIs.
Publishing & Platform Expertise:
Manage the scheduling and uploading of optimized content across all key channels (TikTok, IG, YT Shorts, Snap, FB, Twitter, etc.). You are confident in creating and executing strategies designed to scale social media platforms through content performance and community growth.
Paid Social Knowledge:
Possess basic knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Meta/Facebook/IG Ads, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads) to assist in execution and optimization.
Reporting & Insights:
Deliver regular analytics reports, providing quantitative analysis and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
Trend Spotting:
Keep a finger on the pulse of social trends, new features, and key events, using this knowledge to spot new content opportunities (follow-up videos, trending comments, creative engagements).
Community Management:
Act as community manager across all platforms, fostering positive brand conversations and escalating overarching issues to relevant internal teams.

Experience Over Degree:
A formal degree is secondary. We value experience (personal, freelance, or professional, ideally in an agency setting) above all else.

You quickly build rapport and trust with colleagues, creators, and clients alike.
Communication is Key:
Exhibit strong communication skills both when directing the internal team and when liaising with the client.
Detail & Solution-Oriented:
Possess a sharp eye for detail, a strong customer focus, and a problem-solving approach.
Experience & Creativity:
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function, and creativity is a must for spotting opportunities and generating ideas.
Independent and Collaborative:
You thrive working both independently and as an integral part of a larger team.
Language is a Plus:
Proficiency in Dutch and English (or other languages) is a strong advantage.
