Job Details Responsibilities

Lead all on-site construction activities for large multifamily projects (Wood frame preferred)

Partner closely with the Project Manager to drive schedule, quality, safety, and field operations

Oversee jobsite logistics, sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and inspections

Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners

Review plans, specs, and shop drawings for constructability and accuracy

Hold subcontractors accountable for performance, safety, and deliverables

Monitor daily progress, manpower, materials, and temporary works

Run project meetings and utilize construction software (Procore, scheduling tools, etc.)

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building requirements

10+ years of Superintendent experience in Multifamily construction

Proven track record leading ground-up multifamily projects (30M-100M+)

Strong leadership presence and ability to manage fast-moving field operations

Deep understanding of construction sequencing, inspections, and workflow planning

Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

Working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Office

OSHA 10/30 certification required

Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
