
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to serve as the primary jobsite leader on large-scale, ground-up commercial electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising the installation, alteration, and repair of electrical systems while coordinating multiple supervisors, foremen, and crews.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of superintendent leadership experience and a proven background supporting data centers and mission-critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance for all employees, subcontractors, and jobsite personnel Participate in safety investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented Supervise and direct Superintendents and Foremen across large, complex projects Coordinate project execution including sequencing, manpower planning, materials, and subcontractor scheduling Lead jobsite meetings, pre-construction planning, and scheduling efforts Monitor productivity, schedule, and budget performance in partnership with the Project Management team Oversee project documentation including RFIs, change orders, as-built drawings, and field reporting Support cost tracking, billing coordination, forecasting, and financial updates Ensure compliance with state codes, regulatory requirements, and project specifications Education & Qualifications
10+ years Electrical / Industrial Superintendent experience Commercial electrical construction required Data center / mission-critical project experience strongly preferred Journeyman Electrician License required (or company will assist in obtaining) Strong math, planning, and leadership skills Understanding of contracts, subcontracts, and project financials Ability to travel and work project-based assignments
