We’re looking for an experienced
Electrical Superintendent
to lead field operations on large, complex projects in the
Richmond, Virginia
area.
Project Types Include: ⚡ Data Centers ⚡ Pharmaceutical & Biotech Facilities ⚡ Laboratories ⚡ Warehouses & Distribution Centers
What You’ll Do Lead all on-site electrical construction activities from start to finish Supervise foremen, crews, and subcontractors Coordinate manpower, materials, and daily/weekly work plans Ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards Collaborate with Project Managers, GCs, and other trades Oversee installation of power distribution, switchgear, generators, UPS, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems Enforce OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards
What We’re Looking For 7+ years as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Electrical Foreman Strong background in
heavy commercial or industrial
construction Experience on
mission-critical or high-tech facilities
preferred Proven leadership and crew management skills Ability to read drawings, specs, and schedules Safety-first mindset
