We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help scale Deligatr — an AI powered outbound platform already generating revenue and reducing CAC by over 60 percent for clients.
This is not a training role.
This is not an hourly or activity based role.
This is for someone who wants ownership, upside, and leverage.
What you will be doing:
Closing SMB and partnership deals
Working warm and outbound opportunities generated through our systems
Using a proven stack: high quality data, buyer intent signals, and multichannel automation
Owning deals from first conversation to close
Working inside a live CRM with real traction
Who this is for:
A true BDM or closer (not an SDR)
Comfortable being judged on revenue, not activity
Motivated by commission and upside
Able to work independently and commercially
Hungry and outcome focused
Who this is not for:
Appointment setters or SDRs
Hourly freelancers
Anyone looking to “try it out”
Compensation:
Commission first structure
Optional small base during ramp (case by case)
No caps on earnings
