Overview
Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an experienced Operational Readiness / Training Project Manager with Epic implementation expertise to support a critical EHR integration project for a major healthcare organization preparing for an August 2026 go-live.
Responsibilities
Manage Epic training and implementation activities with a focus on operational readiness for a healthcare EHR deployment.
Translate and communicate current state workflows into Epic terminology and processes.
Support Epic University Led Implementation (EUTS) model and Epic-to-Epic transitions.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met for the August 2026 go-live.
Coordinate activities, monitor progress, and work proactively and independently.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of managing Epic training and implementation experience.
Strong attention to detail with ability to interpret and apply Epic University language and documentation.
Experience in operational readiness planning for healthcare EHR implementations.
Excellent communication skills for translating workflows and requirements into Epic terminology.
Strong project coordination skills with ability to work proactively and independently.
Willingness to travel onsite to Roseville, CA as required.
Ability to work full-time on this engagement with no moonlighting or concurrent projects.
Epic certification in any application area strongly preferred.
Experience supporting multi-campus healthcare organizations preferred.
